For two days, VÖLKEL center managers from all over Germany met at the VÖLKEL-managed Kurpfalz Center in Mannheim to discuss forward-looking topics. The main focus here was on current center management tasks. In addition to constructive talks and stimulating discussions, the meeting also served as an intensive exchange of experiences.
Thanks to the lively exchange, all center managers were able to benefit from the profound experience of their colleagues in the various subject areas. “We spent two busy and very constructive days together. All colleagues benefit from the discussions and the honest exchange of experiences. And of course, being together physically also strengthens the team,” says Managing Director Mario Zanolli with conviction.
