The fact that the Blue Rock Group accepted the cooperation request from @EBS University of Business and Law through VÖLKEL Real Estate shows how trusting the cooperation between the two companies has become, even outside of day-to-day business. VÖLKEL is an active sponsor of the Real Estate & Leadership Master’s program. Dirk Völkel was involved in the development and establishment of the Real Estate & Leadership Foundation for over 5 years as a board member. For the BlueRock Group, it is important to promote young talent in the industry, and the best way to do this is in a very practical way. Specifically, the students worked on a case study involving two BlueRockGroup office properties in Eschborn with a combined rental area of around 15,000 square meters. The task of the future real estate experts on the Real Estate Master’s course was to develop new and contemporary letting concepts for the properties.
