Aneka Beyer takes over leadership of the technical team
Aneka Beyer takes over the management of the technical team at VÖLKEL Real Estate GmbH. VÖLKEL bundles its entire range of technical services for real estate in this team – from project management and technical due diligence to refurbishment and technical property management.
The 41-year-old Aneka Beyer was previously team leader and is responsible in particular for technical property management. Previously, the real estate economist worked for various real estate companies and project development companies, including Strabag GmbH and Apleona GmbH. She also worked for six years as Head of Project Development / Project Management at Alitús Capital Partners GmbH.

Andre Nagel leaves the company
The previous incumbent and Managing Director Andre Nagel left the company at the beginning of the year after many years of successful collaboration. Among other things, the company owes him the establishment of project management, due diligence and construction monitoring for investors. Andre Nagel is reorganizing his professional career. The 47-year-old was a member of the management of VÖLKEL Real Estate GmbH for 4 years and has been with the company since 2008. “Andre Nagel has played a key role in shaping the work of VÖLKEL Real Estate over the past two decades and has successfully driven its further development in the field of technology. In addition, he was and remains a dear friend to us in the company, just as he has always been an open and extremely competent contact for our customers. I would like to thank Andre for this and wish him all the best for the future on behalf of the shareholders and management colleagues,” says Dirk Völkel.
