In the Aktiv-Center in Bad Mergentheim, VÖLKEL has succeeded in finding an adequate replacement for MyShoes, which intends to withdraw from the German market, in the form of Shoe4You. “We absolutely wanted to maintain the branch mix with a strong range of shoes in the Aktiv-Center in Bad Mergentheim,” says Karin Heuchert, Asset Manager Leasing at VÖLKEL. Shoe4You celebrated its opening at the beginning of the week in an area of around 500m2.
The center in Bad Mergentheim, with its specialist stores EDEKA, ALDI, dm, Deichmann, Takko, Woolworth, Intersport and many other providers, supplies customers in a rural catchment area of around 88,000 residents.
