In the Kösseine-Einkaufs-Center, VÖLKEL Real Estate was able to bind mister*lady and Deichmann to the Marktredwitz location on a long-term basis after a short conversion. Mister*Lady has invested in its store fitting and reflagged the KEC with its latest store design and now appears in a modern, spacious layout. Deichmann has increased its space at the location by almost 20% and has made a long-term commitment to the city center.
Mister*Lady and Deichmann make way for an escalator
VÖLKEL is all the more pleased with the conversion work as it represents a further milestone in connecting the basement to the ground floor. “Deichmann and mister*lady have moved back a little so that the shopping street has been widened. This was absolutely necessary in order to be able to comply with the prescribed path width. Now nothing stands in the way of the installation of the planned escalator, which will connect the basement to the first floor of the center. “Now the follow-up measures can be tackled,” says a delighted Nico Helmedach, Center Manager of VÖLKEL im KEC. In fact, the ceiling breakthrough for the escalator is scheduled to begin at the end of May this year.
