The range of restaurants in the Kurpfalz-Center will be expanded in future to include a sushi bar and a snack island.
With the opening on 26.04.2024, GLOBUS is adding a modern restaurant to its market hall offering in Mannheim, inviting customers to linger and enjoy and further enhancing the offering in the Kurpfalz-Center. Kozeta Bella, center manager at VÖLKEL Real Estate, is delighted with the successful addition to the center’s gastronomy offering.
“An in-house restaurant is an integral part of the GLOBUS concept,” emphasizes Managing Director Ralf Rassillier. “We are all the more pleased to be able to open the new restaurant after our master bakery last year.”
In the future, there will be space for around 100 guests in the almost 400 square meters of space in the middle of the shopping street. The GLOBUS restaurant is specially tailored to the wishes and needs of Mannheim customers and the conditions in the Kurpfalz-Center. The modern design of the seating area invites you to linger in comfort away from the hustle and bustle, while the modern front cooking concept allows a direct view into the kitchen. In addition to pizza and pasta as well as a grill station, the focus is on German and especially “Monnemer cuisine” and a generous breakfast selection is also on offer.
“I think it’s particularly great that children under 1.10 m can eat for free in the restaurant. This strengthens us as a family-friendly shopping center,” the center manager is convinced.
