A long-term rental agreement was recently concluded with Kaufland in the Schwarzwald-Baar-Center in Villingen-Schwenningen. For many years, the Schwarzwald-Baar-Center in Villingen-Schwenningen (Neuer Markt 1, 78052 Villingen-Schwenningen) has been one of the best-known and most popular shopping centers in the region.
With the new anchor tenant Kaufland, the supply gap in the food sector in the Schwarzwald-Baar-Center, which arose following the withdrawal of the hypermarket chain real,- in 2021, has now been closed. The company has rented retail space of around 7,100 m². The extensive expansion work has begun.
VÖLKEL acted as an intermediary in the conclusion of the lease and has been responsible for the center management of the property since January 2010.
