VÖLKEL is strengthening its management team and is delighted to welcome Aneka Beyer as the future Head of Technical Property Management.
Aneka is a qualified real estate economist and has extensive expertise and experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the areas of technical project management, commercial/office property development, as well as center and transaction management.
Aneka Beyer previously worked as Head of Transaction and Project Management at an investment specialist in Erlangen. She worked at Apleona Real Estate until 2017. As a center manager, she was responsible for The Squaire in Frankfurt and mercado in Nuremberg, among others. She also has a strong national network in the industry.
In her new role, Aneka Beyer will take over the management of VÖLKEL’s nationwide Technical Property Management and, together with Managing Director Andre Nagel, will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of this important business area.
