The Nedderfeld Center in Hamburg-Eppendorf has the next piece of positive news! Following the successful revitalization and the retention and relocation of important tenants, VÖLKEL was able to secure the next new anchor tenant, TEDi, for the long term.
As part of a project development managed by VÖLKEL, a contemporary space concept with a total area of around 800 m² will be realized for TEDi on the second floor and will sustainably expand the branch mix. On the second floor, TEDi can look forward to well-known chain stores such as Media Markt, Tchibo-Prozente and Sports Club Eppendorf.
Following extensive construction work, TEDi is scheduled to open in Q2/2025. Center Manager Adel Kachroudi is already looking forward to the new tenant: “TEDi is one of the most successful and fastest-growing companies in the non-food sector, offering a wide and deep range of products and thus providing our visitors with an even more diverse shopping experience”.
VÖLKEL Real Estate GmbH has been providing comprehensive full-service management for the Nedderfeld Center since 2019. In addition to Media-Markt and Kaufland, other anchor tenants include Woolworth, Ernstings Family, the Sports Club Eppendorf fitness studio and pet food specialist Fressnapf.
