VÖLKEL Real Estate was commissioned by IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH with the center & property management and leasing of a retail property portfolio in western Germany as of January 2024.
VÖLKEL takes over the holistic management of the properties Stadtgalerie Langenfeld, Broicher Mitte in Mülheim and Quartier Ruhr-Aue in Herdecke.
The properties are primarily occupied by retail, medical practices, offices and, in some cases, apartments.
The inner-city center Stadtgalerie Langenfeld was opened in October 2000 and has around 37,000 sqm gross floor area with a broad mix of around 30 stores, including C&A, Euronics XXL, Thalia, Aldi Süd and Rossmann, as well as various medical practices and apartments.
