VÖLKEL is delighted to celebrate the start of the 25th year since the opening of the Kösseine shopping center in Marktredwitz with a contract extension for one of the anchor tenants. The ‘Buchhandlung Rupprecht’ (bookstore), an existing tenant since the opening, celebrates its quarter of a century together with the center.
We are delighted to report that ‘Buchhandlung Rupprecht’ has extended its existing contract early and on a long-term basis. This extension represents a partnership between ‘Buchhandlung Rupprecht’ and the Kösseine-Einkaufs-Center Marktredwitz. In addition to the long-term leases already signed and published for other existing tenants, this deal is an additional positive signal for the future direction of the center. In November 2024, the KEC celebrates its 25th birthday. Some of the stores have been there since the opening in 1999, including ‘Buchhandlung Rupprecht’.
