The Gäubodenpark in Straubing, opened in 1977 – revitalized in 2000 – is a retail park with hybrid use, which extends over five building sections and has over 40 tenants from the retail, office and entertainment sectors. The anchor tenants are Adler, Rossmann and Vitadrom (as of 2023).
