VÖLKEL is the exclusive mandated partner of a Turkish developer of LOGISTICS real estate in the identification of land in Lower Saxony for the development of ultra-modern, ESG-compliant logistics halls and the acquisition of tenants with strong credit ratings, including the negotiation of lease agreements. VÖLKEL then takes over the asset management of the properties.
In this context, VÖLKEL is developing a site of around 15 ha at Germany’s only deep-water port in Wilhelmshaven with a trimodal connection (port/rail/road) for the highest logistical requirements, e.g. multi-user hall, high-bay warehouse, picking and distribution center or functional buildings for any logistical requirements (designated as commercial and industrial area).
Rental space of between 5,000 and 70,000 square meters is available for any logistical use.
VÖLKEL is looking for further traffic-oriented commercial sites throughout Germany, preferably with planning permission for the development of special logistics sites.
